• vous maîtriserez votre créativité et y aurez recours chaque fois que vous en aurez besoin
• vous pourrez résoudre les problèmes et trouver des nouvelles idées dans des directions inexplorées jusque-là
• vous produirez des idées à la demande

C’est le pouvoir d’innovation qui fait la différence. Ce cours aide à augmenter la capacité à regarder les choses différemment, à développer de nouveaux concepts et à générer des idées nouvelles. |
| Methodology |
|
Cette formation explique pourquoi et comment la Pensée Créative peut s’acquérir.
• Alternatives:
Dégager le concept général derrière un ensemble d’alternatives et l’utiliser pour générer d’autres solutions.
• Focus:
Définir un aspect de la réflexion et se concentrer sur ce seul aspect. Composer et utiliser une «Hit List» Créative.
• Challenge:
Comprendre les raisons pour lesquelles nous agissons d’une certaine manière alors qu’il y a d’autres possibilités. Se dégager des façons habituelles de faire les choses, sortir des rails.
• Entrée aléatoire:
Utiliser des données et des informations sans lien entre elles pour ouvrir de nouvelles pistes de réflexion.
• Provocation & mouvement:
Dans un premier temps, remettre en question nos perceptions habituelles au moyen de techniques de provocation. Ensuite, transformer une idée concrète et réalisable au moyen de la technique du mouvement, alternative au jugement.
• Récolte:
Récolter les idées moins courantes avec autant d’attention que celles qui sont évidentes et ont une valeur certaine. |
